We welcome two new members of the choir this morning, Chloe Morgan (alto) and Robin Bailey (tenor). Chloe is a graduate of Trinity College of Music, and has sung with the Monteverdi Choir and with the Academy of Ancient Music. A former member of Voces 8 vocal ensemble, Robin is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, and has also sung with the NDR Radio choir in Hamburg, Germany. We are delighted to welcome them, and hope that they will be very happy singing here.
Collect for this week:
Almighty and ever-living God, we humbly beseech thy majesty, that, as the only-begotten son was this day presented in the Temple, in substance of our flesh, so we may be presented unto thee with pure and clean hearts, by thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever.
Please join us for refreshments after the service
